Appointments
We work with all our Life Coaching and counselling clients face-to-face, by phone or through the internet, making location not an obstacle. We normally meet our private clients at our office in Essex, although if that is not convenient then we would either arrange a video/telephone call or meet them at their office (or whatever is more convenient).
Our Life Coaching client hours are normally Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 6:30pm, or by arrangement.
Most appointments are 90 minutes in length, although it would depend on the client's requirements.
The first 1/2 hour of the first consultation meeting is charged FREE. We use this time to enter into the Coaching / Counselling Contract ensuring that we both understand the commitments being placed on us (both as Client and Coach/Counsellor). We believe that contracting is an essential element of the coaching/counselling process.
We ask our Life Coaching clients to pay for their first session prior to the meeting. Subsequent sessions are paid by arrangement. We do not require our clients to pre-pay for a set number of sessions in advance. The frequency will depend on the client's requirements as well as the complexity of the issue(s).
Fee Structure
Our fee for Life Coaching/Counselling is £40/hour (£60/90 minutes). Sessions are payable by cash or cheque. We charge the full fee (£60) for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If a client cancels more than twice, without good reason, it will be deemed that the contract has been terminated.
