Appointments
Appointments normally take place at Cranwell House clinic in tranquil, rural Ingatestone, in a safe, calming and relaxing environment. There is ample free parking at the rear of the clinic.
However, we can work with all our clients face-to-face, by phone or through the internet, making location not an obstacle. Video conferencing is available via Skype.
Life Coaching hours are normally Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am - 8:30pm.
Most appointments are 60 minutes in length, although it would depend on the client's requirements. In addition we provide Combination Therapy (Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy or Life Coaching and Counselling) and theses sessions are 90 minutes.
The first, initial 45 minute consultation meeting is charged FREE. We use this time to enter into the Coaching Contract ensuring that we both understand the commitments being placed on us (both as Client and Coach). We believe that contracting is an essential element of the coaching process.
We ask our Life Coaching clients to pay for their first session prior to the meeting. Subsequent sessions are paid by arrangement. We do not require our clients to pre-pay for a set number of sessions in advance. The frequency will depend on the client's requirements as well as the complexity of the issue(s).
If you wish to have a video conference, you must pay in advance of the call. Your payment must clear the Company account prior to the session. Please always allow at least 5 working days for clearance.

Fee Structure
Our fee for Life Coaching is normally £60/hour. Sessions are payable by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. We charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If a client cancels more than twice, without good reason, it will be deemed that the contract has been terminated.
