The Company
Through Goals Life Coaching we provide strictly confidential and non-judgemental life coaching which is about helping individuals uncover their true potential, by overcoming obstacles, enabling them to achieve their goals and ambitions. Additionally, we provide employment law guidance and advice helping our Clients resolve conflicts/problems at work and/or better understand their contracts of employment.
Employment law is complex and it changes almost daily. Few people have a clear understanding of their rights at work and normally do not consider this a problem, until they believe their employer is treating them unfairly, or they experience a problem or conflict at work.
At Goals Life Coaching we help our clients explore the options and alternatives available to them, and we can even refer them to a qualified Employment Lawyer, should this be necessary. We provide our services either face to face, via the telephone, or internet, making location not an obstacle.
At Goals Life Coaching we believe in the motto "YOU can achieve whatever you want to achieve". But at times the only obstacle between achievement and non-achievement is YOU! That is where we can help!

I am the business owner and lead provider of the business services. I have a clear vision, a set of values and an extensive network, offering complementary services that drive me to work with my clients in a way that is inspiring, motivating and empowering.
I have been in HR for over 15 years. I have extensive experience and knowledge gained from working in HR in the Investment Banking and Legal Sectors in London & Essex both in large corporations and small businesses. I have an MA in Human Resource Management; I am an active Committee Member of the SEE CIPD branch (South East Essex, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and a MInstLM Member of ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management); I am also an active Committee Member of London East User Group Employment Tribunals Service. I am qualified and competent in both Business Performance Coaching and NLP. I am hugely passionate about creative HR, Employment Law, Personal Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
My training and experiences in Coaching and Counselling have led me to believe that effective coaching and counselling need to take into account the person as a whole and not just by focusing on isolated issues. Successful coaching is about helping people understand themselves better, sorting out what is holding them back and ascertaining ways forward with confidence, whilst at the same time removing any barriers to progress.
My practical and powerful strategies make me easy to talk to and I have a way of demystifying what it takes to become more effective. My coaching deepens my clients' awareness of their unique strengths as a basis for improvement helping them gain personal insights into their individual power by eliminating fear, worry and unnecessary stress. I then lead my clients through a process of setting realistic goals and demonstrating how these goals can be achieved in a common sense and realistic way.
I enjoy assisting people in bridging the gap between their personal and professional lives and in helping them not only grow, but also succeed in today's manic world. I see myself as a lifelong learner and life as one big exciting opportunity waiting to be explored.
I firmly believe that at times making choices and decisions can be overwhelming. However, choices are invariably better made with external help and guidance.

Company Ethics
- Goals Life Coaching will at all times act within the Ethical Codes of Conduct of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). The EMCC cover Competence, Context, Boundary Management, Integrity and Professionalism.
- Goals Life Coaching will at all times act within applicable UK law and will not encourage, assist, or collude with others engaged in conduct which is dishonest, unlawful, unprofessional or discriminatory.
- Goals Life Coaching will disclose Client information only where explicitly agreed with the Client unless it is believed that there is convincing evidence of serious danger to the Client or others if the information is withheld.
- Goals Life Coaching will at all times act within the limits of our competence and where necessary refer the Client to another professional.
- Goals Life Coaching will continue to invest in professional development to preserve our ethical standards and duty of care, in order to provide the depth and range of support our Clients deserve in what is still, an unregulated market.
Confidentiality
- Confidentiality is an obligation on both the side of the Coach and the Client (whether Private or Corporate).
- Confidentiality implies that Goals Life Coaching will at all times maintain all Client confidences explicitly requested by the Client. In addition we will not reveal anything that the Client has revealed about themselves. Client self-revelations are always assumed to be given with the expectation of confidentiality on the part of the Client.
- The duty on the side of the Client is that the Client must be honest with Goals Life Coaching as their Coach at all times so that the advice and support they receive is built upon accurate factual premises.
